Shipping fees
All delivery and shipping costs are not yet included in our prices and will be shouldered by the clients.
Local Orders
Clients will be notified once their Heirloom by Veluz gown is finished.
The client will be the one to arrange pick-up of their order via their preferred delivery service provider (Grab or Lalamove).
We can offer shipping assistance for clients in the provinces.
International Orders
For clients outside the Philippines, we will provide a shipping fee quotation depending on your location and send your Heirloom by Veluz via reputable international shipping couriers.
